About the Studio

I'm Han, designer, creative director, and the person behind HBLR Studio. I'm also a musician, which means I got into design the way most people do · because I needed something to look right and couldn't find anyone who understood what that meant.
HBLR started in the music world. Cover art, posters, festival identities, merch. It's still rooted there, and it's grown into full creative direction · brand strategy and identity, photography, motion, and web · for artists, labels, festivals, venues, and culture brands who want a presence that actually reflects who they are.
On nights off, I'm usually at a show with a camera.
Before You Ask
What does HBLR Studio do?
HBLR Studio is a creative studio for music, entertainment, and culture, based in Paris. We do brand strategy and visual identity, art direction and campaign design for releases, events, and cultural brands, concert photography, motion design, and websites for artists, labels, festivals, and brands rooted in the industry. One studio, one visual standard across every surface.
Who do you work with?
Artists and their teams, labels, festival promoters, concert venues, producers, and brands rooted in music and entertainment culture. Projects range from a single release campaign to a full brand identity, from a site to a complete visual world. Work spans Algeria, France, the US, and across Europe.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope. A single asset is not the same project as a full campaign, brand identity, or site. We scope every project clearly and send a quote before anything starts · email han@hblrstudio.com with the brief and timeline and you get a straight answer, not a range.
What does a full visual project typically include?
For a music release: cover and back artwork, vinyl and packaging, merch, and the digital campaign · Spotify and Apple Music assets, social cuts, Out Now videos, EPK. For an event or festival: poster system, wristbands, tickets, media passes, merch, and social assets · all from one visual language. Scope always matches the project.
Can you build a website for a label, festival, or brand?
Yes. The studio builds websites for artists, labels, festivals, and brands rooted in music and entertainment culture · custom sites, EPK pages, event and release landings, and merch stores (Shopify or fully custom), all with a CMS you can manage yourself. Design and development in one studio, so the site matches the visual world.
Do you photograph shows outside Paris?
Yes. Based in Paris, with shows photographed across France, Spain, and the UK. Full-show and available-light photography, delivered edited and sized for press and social use.
How do we start a project?
Email han@hblrstudio.com with the artist or brand, the moment you are building for, and the timeline. You will get a reply with first questions and a clear scope · concepts follow in days, not weeks, and source files are always yours.
